What is the Youth Leadership Club?
Live Violence Free’s Youth Leadership Club is offered at South Tahoe Middle School and South Tahoe High School. Students attend weekly meetings and participate in monthly trainings and activities while learning the following skills:

When Does the Club Meet?
- At South Tahoe Middle School, we meet Wednesdays from 2:15 pm-3:00 pm via Zoom
- At South Tahoe High School, we meet Tuesdays from 1:00 pm-1:45 pm via Zoom
Guest speaker will discuss Domestic Violence and hold group Q&A.
Self-Care training/workshops LGBTQIA+ support and being an ally with LGBTQIA speaker and workshop.
Training on policy: How do we effect policy in our community, advocate for change?
Peer support and being an ALLY workshops.
Teen Dating Violence Media Campaigns Guest speaker will discuss their experience with Teen Dating Violence and hold Q&A.
Healthy relationships, breakups, friendships and how to uphold healthy relationships for yourself and others.
Campus-wide social media campaign . projects, workshops and guest speakers.
Leadership, and fun end of year events to close out our first virtual club year!

One Conversation Conference
Live Violence Free Presents the 1st Annual Virtual One Conversation Conference on May 20, 2022.
The conference is focused on trauma & victim services. We encourage clinicians, therapists, social service professionals, victim advocates, educators, and students to attend.
